Ringotel integration for Freshsales offers the following features:
Identifies contacts on incoming and outgoing calls.
Automatically creates Call log objects for incoming and outgoing calls and allows to bring Ringotel call comments to Freshsales call comments.
Provides links to open Call log and Contact entities from the Ringotel app.
Allows you to create contacts in CRM using the Ringotel mobile or desktop app.
Imports contacts from CRM into the Contact lists of Ringotel users.
Get the API key
Log in to Freshsales with the account you wish to use for the Integration and navigate to Personal Settings->API and get and copy the API key.
Note:
All API calls will be made using the API key for this user so please make sure the user has admin access.
This should take care of the integration setup on the Freshsales side.
Setting up the integration in Ringotel Shell Portal
Sign into your Ringotel admin portal and navigate to an Organization β Integrations tab β click Enable Integration on the Freshsales card.
Then, please provide the API Key you have saved earlier and the URL to your Freshsales instance (e.g. https://test-123.myfreshworks.com - do NOT include the slash at the end).
If the info provided was correct, you should now be taken to the page where you can link Ringotel users with your Freshsales users.
After you are done mapping users please click Save changes and this should enable the integration for linked Ringotel users.
