Ringotel integration for ERPNext offers the following features:
Identifies contacts on incoming and outgoing calls.
Automatically creates Communications for incoming and outgoing calls and brings call Subject and call Comment from Ringotel to CRM`s Communication.
Attaches the call recording(if the recording exists) to the CRM`s Communication.
Provides links to open Communication and Contact entities from the Ringotel app.
Allows you to create contacts in CRM using the Ringotel mobile or desktop app.
Imports contacts from CRM into the Contact lists of Ringotel users.
Get a API Key and API Secret from ERPNext
Log in to your ERPNext CRM with a user with System User permissions, open the Users tab, select your user and open the API access dropdown in the Settings tab.
Then, press the “Generate keys“ button and save the API Key and API Secret values.
This should take care of the integration setup on the ERPNext side.
Setting up the integration in Ringotel Shell Portal
Sign into your Ringotel admin portal and navigate to an Organization → Integrations tab → click Enable Integration on the ERPNext card.
Specify the API key and API Secret copied from the previous step as well as your ERPNext CRM URL(for example https://yourname.f.erpnext.com, no slash at the end) and click Save & Continue.
If the details provided were correct, you should now be redirected to the page where you can link your Ringotel users with your ERPNext website users.
After you are done mapping users please click Save changes and this should enable the integration for linked Ringotel users.
