Ringotel integration for Wealthbox CRM offers the following features:

  • Identifies contacts on incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Automatically creates Task entities for incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Syncs call Subject and call comment with the corresponding Task record in CRM.

  • Provides links to open Task and Contact entities from the Ringotel app.

  • Allows you to create Contacts in the CRM using the Ringotel mobile or desktop app.

Note:

Due to the integration specifics, contact records created in the Ringotel can be brought to the CRM, but edits made afterwards to these Contacts in Ringotel will not be brought to the CRM

  • Imports contacts from CRM into the Contact lists of Ringotel users.

Get the domain ID and API key from Wealthbox CRM

Navigate to your Wealthbox CRM and log in

Note the id of the workspace you can see in the home page URL, it would be at the end of the URL

Navigate to the Settings β†’ API Access Tokens in the CRM and click on the Create Access Token

API Access Tokens are not available by default, to gain access to them please submit a request to the Wealthbox support at support@wealthbox.com

Give the token a name and save the token once it has been created. This concludes the integration setup on the CRM side.

Setting up the integration in Ringotel Admin Portal

Sign into your Ringotel admin portal at https://shell.ringotel.co and navigate to an organization β†’ Integrations tab β†’ click Enable Integration on the Wealthbox card.

Specify the Domain ID and the API key and click Save & Continue

If the integration settings were specified correctly, you should now be redirected to the next step where you need to link your Ringotel users with their Wealthbox CRM accounts. Click Save changes once you are done mapping the users. Now the integration should be configured for the linked users.
