The way the QR code shows up after you create a new user really depends on the settings your organization has in place. By default, when you set up a new organization through the Ringotel admin portal, the “Don't send user credentials in plain text.” is turned on:
This option means that Ringotel won’t send out login details in plain text format in the welcome emails to users with designated email addresses. Instead, users get a one-time link to create their own secure login credentials.
Because of this setup, you won’t see the user’s login credentials right after creating the account or resetting their password. That’s because the final credentials haven’t been generated just yet. If you’d prefer to send the login credentials in plain text and want them displayed in the admin portal, you can easily change this setting. Just navigate to the organization settings and turn off that option whenever you like for a more traditional way of handling user credentials.
