How to block a new contact
To block a phone number, in your Ringotel admin portal, navigate to an organisation > Contacts > Blocked.
In the opened panel, click + Block contact. In the appeared form, specify a phone number and optionally the reason for blocking it.
Click Confirm to add the new number to the Block list.
How to block an existing contact
To block an existing contact, in your Ringotel admin portal, navigate to an organisation > Contacts > find/search contact in the list, then open its context menu and select Block.
In the appeared form, optionally specify the reason for blocking the contacts, then click Confirm button.
How to unblock a contact
To unblock a phone number, in your Ringotel admin portal, navigate to an organisation > Contacts > Blocked.
In the opened panel, find/search the phone number, then open its context menu and select Unblock
