To view your billing information, log into the Ringotel admin portal and navigate to Menu → Billing. Here, you will find a detailed breakdown of your subscription, including the list of organisations and the number of activated users in each organisation.
Next to each organization, you will see the package that is applied and the number of activated users. This will give you a clear understanding of how many users are on each package.
Filtering Organizations
If you have a large number of organizations, it may be helpful to filter them based on the package. This will allow you to quickly see how many users are on each package without having to manually count them. Simply use the filter option at the top of the page to select the package you want to view.
Exporting to CSV
For your convenience, you can export it into a CSV file. This will allow you to open the information in a spreadsheet program and easily manipulate the data. To export, click on the "Download as" -> ".CSV" button at the top of the table.
