Calls are not populated in CRM
After setting up integration in the Ringotel admin portal, please advise the users to follow these steps :
Users will need to re-login to their apps (or click “Reload objects” in the desktop app settings), then navigate to the Contacts tab and select the configured CRM integration, e.g. “HubSpot.”
2. They will be directed to the CRM webpage, where they will need to log into their CRM account.
3. This will finalize the integration for each specific user.
