Issue
After adding Ringotel to my Fusion PBX system, my connected Polycom phones stopped ringing—all calls started routing only through Ringotel, bypassing the desk phones. While Ringotel acts as an endpoint, I expected all devices (desk phones and the app) to ring simultaneously.
Root Cause
It’s likely that your IP phone and Ringotel softphone are competing for the same extension, causing them to override each other with each registration attempt. To resolve this issue, check the Sofia profile settings for options related to multiple registrations and maximum registrations. Then clear the cache and reload the SIP config.
